Emily Brown is an experienced experience designer and facilitator known for bringing creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to complex design challenges. With a background in Industrial Design and a strong focus on digital interface design, Emily specialises in translating deep user research into beautiful, intuitive, and impactful experiences. 

Emily has designed and delivered high-quality outcomes across sectors such as education, environment, water, justice, and aged care. Her expertise spans user research, UI/UX design, co-design, facilitation, and training program development. From leading divisional planning workshops for the Department of Defence to co-designing a parenting app with the South Australian Department of Education, Emily has demonstrated her ability to design with empathy and rigour. 

Her digital strengths are evident in projects like prototyping an interactive data map for the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, and crafting an engaging online training package for the Aged Care Quality Assessors. 

Emily holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Honours) and a specialised qualification in User Interface Design from RMIT. Skilled in Figma and the Adobe suite, she thrives on delivering intuitive, user-friendly digital products and meaningful human-centred experiences. Her facilitation style fosters psychological safety and deep engagement in any room.
