A certified Scrum Master with a background in design, Stephanie brings a rare blend of creativity and precision to every project she leads. 

She excels in supporting multidisciplinary teams to navigate complexity, maintain momentum, and achieve high-impact outcomes—whether managing small-scale community initiatives or overseeing multi-million dollar programs across five time zones. Stephanie is particularly skilled at integrating agile and traditional delivery methodologies, leveraging the strengths of both to ensure disciplined innovation and measurable success. 

Her expertise includes end-to-end project management, from initiation and stakeholder engagement to risk management, budget tracking, and final delivery. Stephanie is known for her clarity, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail. She brings strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and is highly effective at coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders.
