Whether designing a new organisational blueprint or leading a major workforce transformation, Emily combines analytical rigour with human-centred insight to create lasting value. 

Emily spent nearly a decade in professional services and four years in architecture and spatial design. This cross-disciplinary background gives her a unique perspective on how physical and organisational environments shape behaviour, culture, and performance. 

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Design (Commercial Interiors) and a Master of Business Administration with a dual specialisation in Strategic Management and Human Resources. Emily is known for her clarity, calm leadership, and ability to guide organisations through complex transitions—delivering transformation strategies that are practical, people-focused, and future-ready.
