She has worked across Defence and National Security, including with the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, and the Australian Army’s Land Environment Working Group—supporting strategic coordination, planning, and execution at scale. 

Lois is an experienced Agile Scrum Master and delivery lead, integrating agile and traditional project management methodologies to consistently deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. She works closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and end users to ensure alignment, momentum, and measurable success at every stage of delivery.
