Keira is a strategic designer and facilitator with a passion for unlocking the power of collaboration to address complex, systemic challenges. Her approach is grounded in the belief that lasting impact is built through deep ownership—created by engaging diverse stakeholders, end-users, and clients in meaningful co-design processes.
With a multidisciplinary toolkit that includes systems thinking, design thinking, and collaborative strategy design, Keira specialises in working with executive audiences and multi-stakeholder groups to co-create actionable, future-focused strategies. She brings energy, clarity, and structure to complex environments, helping organisations align around shared goals and move confidently from insight to action.
Keira has a proven track record across government, not-for-profits, and ASX-listed companies. Her project experience includes co-designing a technology innovation roadmap for water utilities, building climate scenario capability in financial services, and convening energy sector leaders to address gender equity in the energy transition. She also partners with executive teams to test strategy against emerging future scenarios.
Keira holds a Bachelor of Media, a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact (UNSW), and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is also an alumna of the UNSW AGSM and a recognised leader in collaborative, purpose-driven transformation.
