Brodie is a senior program leader with extensive expertise in coordinating and delivering complex co-design initiatives. With over a decade of experience managing large-scale programs across government, education, and the not-for-profit sector, she specialises in navigating complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and enabling delivery of impactful outcomes. 

Brodie is known for her ability to engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders—from senior executives to frontline staff and community members. She creates the conditions for genuine participation, ensuring that co-design processes are inclusive, well-coordinated, and lead to practical, implementable change. 

She thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments, bringing a calm, structured, and adaptive approach to program delivery. Brodie has successfully led some of ThinkPlace’s most complex and sensitive co-design programs, tackling challenges in child protection, gender equality, regional development, and regulatory reform. 

In 2024, she led a multi-stream behavioural design initiative with the Department of Infrastructure to improve retention and satisfaction among women in aviation. She is currently supporting the Australian Dental Association to engage current, former, and prospective members to refine its member value proposition. 

Brodie’s qualifications reflect the depth and diversity of her expertise. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Tourism & Event Management, is a Certified Agile Scrum Master. She has also completed Board Development Masterclass through the Australian Business Arts Foundation, and Professional Business Writing through VECCI—equipping her to lead with strategy, compassion, and impact.
