Her career has included roles as a photojournalist for The New York Times, photo editor at Monocle Magazine, and communications lead for major cultural institutions including Queensland Ballet and Brisbane Festival, where she delivered record-breaking campaigns. In the public sector, she served as a media adviser to former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Senator Anthony Chisholm, shaping political messaging in high-profile contexts. 

Faye holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and International Relations, and a Master of Environmental Management and Development.
