With a background in journalism, digital media, and government communications, she specialises in crafting content strategies that inform, engage, and influence diverse audiences. 

Faye brings over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning the media, arts, publishing, and government sectors. Her strength lies in empathy-led design—developing audience-centred communications that integrate visual, digital, and multimedia tools to drive clarity and impact. 

Her career has included roles as a photojournalist for The New York Times, photo editor at Monocle Magazine, and communications lead for major cultural institutions including Queensland Ballet and Brisbane Festival, where she delivered record-breaking campaigns. In the public sector, she served as a media adviser to former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Senator Anthony Chisholm, shaping political messaging in high-profile contexts. 

Faye holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and International Relations, and a Master of Environmental Management and Development. Her unique blend of creative storytelling, policy insight, and communication strategy makes her a trusted partner for organisations seeking to communicate with purpose and precision.
