Jess Wright is a strategic designer with a multidisciplinary background and proven expertise in delivering impactful solutions within complex systems. She brings a strong foundation in human-centred design, strategic facilitation, and business transformation—combining creativity, analysis, and collaboration to support meaningful change.
Jess is known for her ability to quickly navigate ambiguity and deliver structured, outcome-focused design approaches. She excels in stakeholder engagement, user-centred research, and agile delivery, working effectively across diverse teams to guide initiatives from concept to implementation.
Her experience includes working with the Department of Water, Agriculture and the Environment to co-design workforce management solutions with Victorian farmers, conducting stakeholder interviews and prototyping practical interventions. She also supported the Australian Border Force to enhance its evidence-based response to modern slavery, producing a comprehensive report with strategic recommendations to improve national training coordination and delivery.
Jess integrates visual design, data insight, and systems thinking to develop tools, frameworks, and recommendations that support service innovation and policy reform.
She holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Technology Sydney, is a Certified Scrum Master (AxisAgile), and is currently completing the Artificial Intelligence Programme at Oxford University (2024).
