Strategic Design and Evaluation Specialist

Wen Wen is known for her ability to bring clarity to emerging policy domains, foster expert collaboration, and translate diverse perspectives into coherent, actionable advice. 

Her evaluation practice blends theory of change, stakeholder engagement, and developmental learning to ensure initiatives remain practical, scalable, and impactful. She has led national efforts to improve mental health in the workforce, redesign employment services, and strengthen regional economies through inclusive, sustainable strategies.
